About The Holiday Bracket

Welcome

Welcome to Arcway Gaming's FREE Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Holiday Bracket! Because of the lockdown, we wanted to bring some holiday cheer to everyone, and what better way to do that by competing in smash? This bracket will consist of 3 total tournaments and the grand winner from the 3 tournaments will receive a customer Arcway Gaming Holiday 2020 T-Shirt!

Note: These events are region locked to the USA only. We reserve the right to DQ you if your Smash GG tag is not from USA.

Registration ends at 6:45pm EST

Tournament begins at 7pm EST

Automatic DQ timer is set to 6 minutes for Winners Round 1,

Winners Round 2, Losers Round 1, and Losers Round 2. All subsequent rounds have a 3 minute DQ timer

These Holiday Brackets are FREE to enter! We only ask if you can follow us on our social media accounts! Primarily our Twitch & Twitter accounts.

Each individual tournament will have a small 30 dollar pot bonus (15/10/5). They all have an incentive where at 32 entrants (after dqs) the prize pot DOUBLES (30/20/10).

There will also be a point accumulation for Top 8, and over the course of the 3 tournaments within the Holiday Bracket, there will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize.

Note: If you are using a Mii, you must clarify what loadout you are using to your opponent. This is also necessary if you change Mii loadout mid set.

All subsequent games are Losers choice of stage following the Winning player banning 3 of the available stages in both the starter and counterpick lists

Game Requirements

This IS a region-locked event to The USA

LAN adapter is NOT required, however, if there is a dispute regarding lag the set will go to the player with a LAN adapter

Failure to submit a picture of a LAN adapter when asked by mods is grounds for an automatic DQ

If both players are wired or both players are not wired and there is a dispute about lag, both players will be asked to submit a speed test to mods

Failure to submit a speed test when asked by mods is grounds for an automatic DQ
